Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ENEL CONSULT EOOD ("Telltwin", "we", "us") for using Telltwin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Telltwin.

What Telltwin is

Telltwin lets you build an AI twin: a chat character that talks in your voice, tells your story, and answers questions about you. You can share it on its own page or embed it on your website with one line of code. A twin is always an AI, not a real person.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use Telltwin on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add: your answers, persona, uploads, and settings. You grant us permission to store and process that content so we can run your twin and display it wherever you choose to publish it. You are responsible for the content you provide and for what your twin says as a result.

Build a twin of yourself, not someone else

You may only create a twin of yourself, or of someone you are clearly authorized to represent. Do not impersonate real people, pretend the twin is human, or use another person's name, likeness, or writing without permission. Do not use Telltwin for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful, and do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Reporting and takedowns

Anyone can flag a twin from the report page. If a twin impersonates someone, breaks these terms, or infringes someone's rights, we can remove it. If someone built a twin of you without your say, tell us and we will take it down. We may suspend or remove twins and accounts at our discretion, particularly to deal with abuse.

AI answers

A twin generates its answers with AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or make things up, and it does not speak for us. Its answers are not professional advice, whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You decide how to use what your twin says, and you are responsible for the results.

Plans and payment

Telltwin has a free plan and a Pro plan. Both are metered in credits, which measure what your twin's answers cost us to generate, so a short exchange uses fewer credits than a long one. The credits included with each plan are shown on our pricing page.

The free plan's credits are granted once per account, when you create it. They are not a monthly allowance and they do not refill. When they are used up your twin stops answering visitors until you move to the Pro plan. Building your twin does not use your credits; we cover that. The Pro plan includes a fresh allowance of credits each billing month, and unused credits do not carry over. If your Pro plan ends, your account returns to whatever remains of its original free credits, which may be none.

The Pro plan is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for partial periods. We may change prices, and we will give you notice before a change affects you. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.

Availability

Telltwin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are an early-stage product and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.

Our rights

The Telltwin name, brand, software, and site belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Telltwin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other people. Some parts of these terms continue to apply after your account ends, including ownership, disclaimers, and the limit on liability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, Telltwin is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses arising from your twin's answers or from how you or others use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes will be handled by the courts there. This does not take away any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date, and for significant changes we will take extra steps to tell you. Continuing to use Telltwin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
